"Bill the Bat Baby Sits Bella is about the bonding of siblings
and the positive support of family, but let’s not forget this
is a picture book and Mr. Cobb writes stories because he
wants children to have fun. Children will not be
disappointed with his latest book because there is plenty of
fun to be found. In this beautifully illustrated bat tale, you
will still find Bill the Bat in his goofy aerial goggles and
scarf, with visits from his friends Cal the cat, Mike the
mouse and Al the owl. However, this is the first of the Bill
the bat books to introduce his family, and Manuela
Pentangelo does it with creative fun! So come join Bill the
bat as he baby sits his little sister Bella. This book is
colorful, fun and the story is heartfelt. The surprise ending
will have the kids asking questions and the interesting bat
facts that have been included really make this the best Bill
the bat book to date."
Perfectly suited for children 0 to 8.

“Bill the Bat Baby Sits Bella” by Daryl Cobb
Bella, the youngest of all the bat kids, lived with her parents and pet spider Sid.
Most of the children had all moved away. “They went off to explore,” as her mother would say.
Her favorite, though, was her big brother Bill, who didn’t live far, he just moved down the hill.
He lived in a home on the outskirts of town, with a cat and a mouse, near his friend Hank the Hound.
“Today is the day Bill is coming,” mom said. “I have cleaned up his room and put sheets on the bed.
Daddy and I will be leaving by four. Our bags are packed and stacked by the door."
Bella was busy planning her day, making a list of the games they would play.
