As a professional author, I write about many
different topics and the inspiration for my stories
comes from many different places. I want to be
inspired and I want to challenge your students to
inspire me! I am asking for your students/children
to sit down and write their own stories based on the
characters from my books and let's see if we can
inspire each other.

Let the writing begin:
The objective of this project is to get kids writing!
Each year I visit schools across the
United States and I realize with each
visit that I have been given the
opportunity to make a great impact on
the lives of many children. I hope that
I can continue to inspire children to
discover a love of the arts and a desire
to read and write.
